At tho Police Court, John Ijedez, aged twenty-two, a clerk in the city traffic inspector's department, pleaded guilty to a charge that he received cho ram of £49 12s 7d on behalf of the City Council and failed to account for tho same. He was committed to the Supreme Court for Bail was allowed in one surety of £75.
