PREPARING FOR WAR. STATE MILITIA ORDERED OUT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, June 18. A message from Washington states that President Wilson has ordered out tho State militia in all States for service on the Mexican border. WASHINGTON, Juno 18. Reuter reports that tho calling up of the militia is not contemplated as preceding am invasion of Mexico, but is for the protection of the border against bandits. Men will bo sent to the borUer as required.
