LONDON WOOD SALES. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company has received the following! cablegram from London:—" Wool market, active. Compared with December 23, prices are highor; merino, superior and medium, 5 per cent to 7£ per cent; inferior, faulty and lambs, 7J per cent to 10 per cent; cross-bred, line, 5 per cent; medium, coarse and lambs, and slipe, fine and medium, 5 per cent to 7J. per cent; coarse and lambs, 7J per cent to 10 per cent." LONDON TALLOW MARKET. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company Limited, has received tho following cable message from London: "Tallow.—Wo quote present spot values for the following descriptions:—Fine mutton, 53s 6d per cwt; good beef, 51s 6d per cwt: mixed, 48s per cwt. The market, is dull.
