AT KUT-EL-AMARA. TURKS LEAVE FRONT TRENCHES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyiiehi LONDON, January 27. General Townshend reports that the Turks evacuated the trenches on the land side of the defences of Kut-el-Amara, and have retired about a mile from the British entrenchments.
