MONTHLY MEETING

The committee s further recommended that.as soon as . the land transfer survey was compiet- - od, the southern portion of its freenold 5 from Ollivier's Road to. the estuary ..< should be fenced-with a legal fence §i where it may be found necessary, ad-. ■'}, joining owners being liable for half cost of the fence, and that, notice should \ be served' on all persons now trespassing on the freehold, to remove all obstructions therefrom. : The report was '. adopted^, '■r The '-.reports of tho engineer and tho . {lumping, engineer were adopted. It was resolved to-reply, granting per-/ mission to cover the drain, provided' the applicant did the work (at his own; ,r expense and to the satisfaction of the board's inspector. ' . - "^ The chairman stated that, a fair.'-' ; amount of outstanding rates was .still uncollected, the Spreydon Borough; Council owing £lB3.
