CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR UNION.
[Per Pees? Association.] WELLINGTON. October 19. Tho Dominion biennial conference of the Christian Endeavour Union was held to-day. It was decided to arrange if possible, for a visit by Dr Clark' also to recommend that delegates should be sent to the Canterbury Westland and North Otago Unions for the purpose of stimulating the work of those centres. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows • Pre" sident Rev W. Shiror; vice-presidents" Revs A. E. Hunt, Richards,. White and Pastor Weston; secretary, Mr W Irvine ; treasurer, Mr H. Brooker • "exe" cutive, Sister Constance, Miss Fuller Messrs Brabin and Duncan. Resolu tiona were, adopted expressing a hone that the Rev Dr F. E. Clark LSof the union, would be restored to health; also paying a trfb fc to the noble services of mem bers of Christian Endeavour Societies who enlisted in the fight. ing forces and expressing continued loyalty to the throne and Empire.
