Commenting on a Paris newspaper's mggestion of the exchange of the New Hebrides for Mauritius, the "Telegraph" says that it would give France a handsome bargain. The Commonwealth would welcome British ownership of the entire group, but scarcely would expect the Imperial Government to buy the French out -at the price of Mauritius.
