I would like to know it Mr Howard, ns secretary of the General Labourers' [Jnion ; voiced his own opinion, or was lie voicing the expressed wish of our gallant six hundred, which we as gensral labourers boast of. Truly, he was not voicing my opinion; neither can he be crossed Cardigan by the general labourers—l am, etc., S. M'ALISTER.
