It is believed that tho House of Lords will delay tho division on the second reading of the Home Rule Bill until thev receive the amending Bill.
The Hon Neil Primrose presided at a meeting of forty Liberal members of the House of Commons. The speakers protested against further Ulster concessions. It was decided to deputationiso Mr Asquith and express regret that tho gun-runners' had not been prosecuted. The "Daily Mail" states that it is if ported that there is a division in the Cabinet on the question of concessions to Ulster but the peace party is tho moro powerful. The "Chronicle" says that the omission to reinforce the troops in Ulster ought immediately to be rectified. The Catholics in Ulster run a very real risk from a fanatical outburst by arm'ed onnononts. * NATIONALISTS DISSATISFIED. LONDON, May 14.
Irish Nationalists in Dublin are greatly dissatisfied with Mr Asquith's amending Bill, fearing further developments of the exclusion principle. They declare that if Unionists and Liberals come to terms as to permanent exclusion Mr Redmond will be compelled to withdraw his support from the Government.
