ENTERTAINED AT HOUSE OF COMMONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received May 14, 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 14. A party of Liberal members of tho House of Commons entertained Mr Fowlds, of New Zealand. Sir Albert Spicer presided. Mr Fowlds referred to education, health and land reform in New Zealand. He said he was glad that Britain was making an effort at land reform.
