OBITUARY.

MRS I. B. BROWN. Tho death is reported on February 19, 1914, at the residence of her eldest son, Grand Forks, Canada, of Mrs Isabelle Beatrice Brown, at the age of sixtyone. The late Mrs Brown was well known in Christchurch and Sumner some ten years ago. She was one of the first active members of the Christchurch Musical Union and also took a keen nart in church matters. Mrs Brown leaves four sons, Messrs G. A. C. Brown, Grand Forks, Canada, L. W. W. Brown, Hamilton, East Auckland, E. IT. L. Brown, Sumner, S-. W. J. Brown, Wanganui, and one daughter, Miss Ivy Brown, of Yorkshire, England. 1
