SYDNEY MAN’S COMPLAINT.

PREJUDICE IN NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, SYDNEY, March 4.

Mr Hugh Spence, an ex-Sydneyite, who for some j'ears has been engaged in the horse-breeding industry in New Zealand, has returned.

He states that New Zealanders have a considerable prejudice against Sydneyites, and declares that when he first arrived in the dominion he presented Sydney testimonials, but found it impossible to do business with merchants. This state of affairs existed, for three months.

Ho also complains that Australian coins are not accepted in New Zealand. He does not intend to return to New Zealand.
