Thomas Sheehan was committed for trial to-day on a charge of omitting •tp observe his legal duty, which omission did cause the death of Frank Rovell. The alleged omission was the failure to carry a light on the cart Sheehan was driving and with which Rovell collided on Thursday night, with fatal results. Bail was allowed.
