February 18. ..John Alfred Tucker appeared in the Magistrate's Court to-dav charged with 'naving wilfully murdered John Henry Gallagher, who died as the result of a blow struck during a street row last Saturday evening. ■ •■ Evidence was given as to the. disagreement in the hotel bar and the adjournment to the street, The deceased struck at.the accused, who hit back, and Gallagher fell.
