THE INQUEST. VERDICT OF WILFUL MURDER. [Per Press Association*.J INGLEWOOD, August 22. The inquest- was continued yesterday. Dorothy Julian, the girl who escaped from the building, corroborated the statements of her brother regarding tho early evening, and said that she andi her sister were awakened by a door striking the bed. The Coroner returned the following Verdict:—(l) That Edward Julian, Gladys Julian and Frank Smith were murdered at 3 a.m. on August .14; (2) that there is not sufficient evidence as to whether they died from tho elfects of blows or whether they were burned whilo unconscious; (3) that tho blows were administered by Frederick John Virgin, and tho evidence indicates that he wilfully set fire to tho house: (4) that the evidence tends to show that Virgin suddenly lost his reason through worry and want of sleep.
