WOODEND SPORTS CLUB. ' At a meeting of tlio Wooden d Sports Club on Monday, at which Mr H. Hawkins presided, it was decided to hold tlio annual sports on Boxing Day. A programme con-, siding of athletic, cycling and novelty events, with cash priros amounting to over £ : 0, was approved of. The question of affiliating to the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union,' or the Canterbury Cycling and Sports Association was discussed, and it was unanimously decided to apply for affiliation to tlio Canterbury Coding and Sports Association.
