WEATHER FORECASTS. Mr Paulin's forecast is as foliov;s: —Strong south-\ve3t winds, cold rain and slcct showers, and snow in the back country; barometer unsteady. Dominion ITctecroJogiol's summary and forecast:—The weather has been generally overcast and unsettled, with rain in part?. Tho winds havo been westerly with a southerly tendency and strong to a gaJo in parts at times, but they decreased to-day. The barometer has been very unsteady, falling in the. north tuid rising and falling again in the south. Present indications are for cold and stormy weather everywhere soon, rain probftbla generally, with snow on high levels. The wind's will probably increase ngain shortly and high southerlies predominate. The barometer i* now expected to rise everywhere and high for * short time, but cnotiher westerly area of lew pressure is due to pais in the south about the ruiddl. of next week. "Astro" forwards the following forecast: " A severe storm from the westward seems probable abcrut July 6; unsettled and cloudy until July ics. Cn" July 11 hailstorms probab!6 in North Inland: showery and squally locally, the effect of a general electric disturbance."
