CORDIALLY GREETED IN THE SOUTH. [Per Press Association.] OAMARU, May 3. The Prime Minister, the Hon Thomas Mackenzie, was officially welcomed-by tho Mayor on the occasion of his first visit to'Oamaru since his assumption of the leadership. Mr Mackenzie met with great receptions last evening at the banquet tendered to the Hon T. Y. Duncan and at the public meeting. He left to-day for Dimedin.
