[Per Press Association.] GREYMOUTH, May 3. The second Territorial camp began last night. There are 110 * CI i ing thirty-five from Buller. The wea ther cleared during the -night, andl the men had a bright, sunny day for-ther first drills. Captain Brown, adjutant of No. 11 area, is in charge.
