MILITARY TRAINING.

TO THE EDITOR.

Sir, —Can you advise me why you have not published the names of..those men who have been shot down by their officers for disobedience ' of orders?' Surely in this military-ridden country there must be some particular cases, notice of which has been forwarded to you for publication. Also, why you have not published the complaints made by those men jvho have been in the various camps in Canterbury? I~ it because you are a supporter of tin military party that these things havr been suppressed?—l am, etc.,« UNINITIATED. (We have not heard of men being she' down for disobedience to orders oi of men complaining of their treat" ment in camp.—Ed. " L.T.")
