THE KINGSLAND MYSTERY.
[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September o. Martha Jane O'Shaughnessy, a woman of middle age, better known in Auckland as Mrs Maxwell, was placed in the dock at tho Auckland Suprome Court to-day on an indictment that sho did, on or about Juno 13 last, at Kingsland, murder a young woman named Elsie Alexandra Holland. The hearing of evidence f or the prosecution had not concluded when tho Court rose for the day.
