CYCLING.
CLUB AND CENTRE. In response to the application made by the Christchurch Cycling and Motor Club to the chairman of the Now Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union for a full and searching inquiry into the attitude adopted by the North Canterbury Centre towards the club, the club was informed on Monday that its application had been favourably considered, and that its wishes in the matter would be given effect to. The inquiry would bo held on Thursday evening in Christchurch, in the rooms of tlie Cliristoliui'cli Cycling and Motor Club, which the club had placed at the disposnl of the Union for the purpose.
