TEN PERSONS KILLED. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. LISBON, March 4. Negrello’s spinning mills at Santo Tliyrso caught fire and collapsed, burying a score of persons, of whom ten were killed.

In the Electric Handicap at the New Brighton Trotting Club’s meeting on Saturday, Gold Lace foil in tho straight, and Repeater, who was immediately behind her, fell over her. R. Allan, who was riding Repeater, was seriously injured, and was removed to the hospital suffering from concussion of the brain, the horse having rolled on him. J. Merservey, who was riding Gold Lace, escaped with a chipped elbow, and will probably be able to ride again on the second day of the meeting.
