In an article published in “ La Revue ” Baron Estournelles Constant makes a fervent appeal for a FrancoGerman reconciliation as the only means of ensuring European peace. The majority of tho newspapers bitterly assail the composition of the Cabinet. Many papers condemn M. Dclcasse as a disturbing element. The “Temps” foresees a period of storm throughout the country.
