OPERATION AVERTED BY ZAM-BUK.

AGONISING PILES COMPLETELY CURED. “ For some time I suffered severely from piles, which were extremely painful,” says Mrs M. Thomas, of Dale Street, Port Adelaide, S.A. “1 became run down in health, and my appetite disappeared completely. The worry and pain I suffered was unbearable. I had an awful time, and thought that I had an internal growth. I consulted a doctor, who advised the use of the knife for the removal of the piles, but to this 1 strongly objected.
