JUNIOR COMPETITION. POSITIONS OF THE TEAMS. Thu positions of the teams competing in the Men’s Junior Inter-club Competition, conducted by the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association, is shown by the following table. rounds' have been played, and, ■with ths ception of one match, the competition na® bocn completed up to this st&ge. The match between IyytteKcn and *St Albans A, which should have been played on Saturday last, was postponed, and in addition to then* teams, oa-ch of which has had a bye, four other teams have played ono match fewer than the remaining nine teams. The A team of the Linwood Club, which has played in each round, is loading in the competition with an unbeaten record, and the St Albans A t«am hae won each of tho four matches which it. has so far played, and occupies second place.
