Tho 'property comprises 1280 acres hold under a Mining Lease from the Crown for an unexpired term of about 39. years at a reduced dead rent of £ICO per annum, which is not payable when the roynltieo (6d per ton) exceed £l6O per annum. The buildings include a set of 21 Beehive Coke Ovens, also Brick Kilns and Drying Shed 3. The pit-head equipment and plant comprise screens, picking bolts, elevators, two Lancashire boilers, engines, horses, ventilating fan. storage bins, mine tub 3, rails, flatsheets, tipplers, weighbridge and all tho usual buildings and appurtenances of a working colliery.
