. A general order issued by the Defence Council states that Lieutenant L. G. Salter, of the Christchurch City "Rifles, has been transferred to the active unattached list. Lieutenant T. A. Cresswoll is in command of the camp, and one of the staff sergeantmajors is with tho company for the purpose of giving instruction in drill.
