PATIENTS LIBERATED IN A SNOWSTORM. SEVERAL MISSING. United Pre*? Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 6, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, November 5. Tho Manitoban lunatic asylum was destroyed by fire. Six hundred patients were released in a snowstorm. Several are believed to be dead, but the others aro safe. The loss is estimated at £IOO,OOO. Women patients playing with matches caused the conflagration.
