POSSESSIONS IN THE PACIFIC. Waited Piesr Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copy right SYDNEY, October 31. Dr Kraffe, who has charge cf the branch of the German Colonial Department which concerns Germany’s colonics in the Pacific, has arrived here on his way to Samoa as Acting-Chief Justice. The object of his visit is that the Colonial Department shall be in touch with Pacific affairs. In an interview he stated that Germany was quite satisfied with tho possessions she already has in the Pacific, and there was no likelihood of any change of policy as regarded expansion in that part of the world.
