uEPorrr of the commission. United Press Association—By Electric Te.cgrnph—Copyright. LONDON, October 31. Tho Welsh Church Commission reports that tlie population of Wales is 2,012,917. Church and chapel seatings accommodate 1,972,502. The Anglicans provide a church for every 1030 of tho population, and tho Non-conformists a chapel for every 450. The Commission declares that AA'alcs is ovor-churched and tho clergy arc underpaid. Onethird of the Congrcgationalist ministers receive under £SO a year. There are 195,000 Anglican communicants, being 23 per cent of all communicants. Tho report does not touch tho questions of disestablishment and disondowment.
