IN THE MATTER of a proposed Bill or Act intituled " The Paparua County Act, 1910.” PURSUANT to the provision* of 'lie Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Local Bills the Tcuiplolou and Lincoln Hoad Boards hereby give notice that application will be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled at the next .Session for leave to introduce a Bill intituled 11 The Paparua County Act, 1910.” The object of the proposed Bill is to constitute the Paparua County, and for that purpose to abolish, the present Templeton and Lincoln Hoad Districts, which thereafter shall be deemed to be merged in that. County, and to vest certain water-races known as the AVaimakuriri Water Races at present existing in the Courtenay Road District iu the Paparua County Council in lieu of the Selwyn County Counoil; the boundaries of the proposed County. and the boundaries of the Sohvyn County as altered being more particularly described in the First and Second Schedules -thereto respectively. Copies of the proposed Bill, with plans showing the area affected, are deposited at Iho Courthouse. Leeston, and at the Magistrate’s Court-, Christchurch, at which places the same are open for inspection during office hours. Dated this ,16th day of June, 1910.
