County, and to vest certain water-races known as the AVaimakuriri Water Races at present existing in the Courtenay Road District iu the Paparua County Council in lieu of the Selwyn County Counoil; the boundaries of the proposed County. and the boundaries of the Sohvyn County as altered being more particularly described in the First and Second Schedules -thereto respectively. Copies of the proposed Bill, with plans showing the area affected, are deposited at Iho Courthouse. Leeston, and at the Magistrate’s Court-, Christchurch, at which places the same are open for inspection during office hours. Dated this ,16th day of June, 1910.
