At the Supremo Court to-day, Mr Justico Williams admitted Richard Porter and Albort Hickey, who broke into a store at Outran) and stole twelve pounds of sausages while drunk, to probation. In the divorco sitting, decrees nisi were granted in Scott v. Scott, Matthews v. Matthews, and llamsay v-. Ramsay, all on tho ground of misconduct, the last two being husbands’ petitions.
