TO TUB EDITOR. Sir, —Your correspondent “ Observer,” in your issue of June 14, must bo a poor observer indeed. I happened to be at Lyttelton on Thursday afternoon, June 9. and was on board the s.s. Corintlnc, when she was being coaled with bunker coal.
