Reuter’s correspondent at Bucharest reports that a crowd of Greeks in the Piraeus hoarded tho Roumanian mail boat Imperatul Trajan, having Princess Marie of Roumania and the little Prince Nicholas aboard, and looted tho vessel. The Greeks deny looting, and state that boatmen in the’ Piraeus boarded the vessel for the purpose of rescuing a Greek deserter. Tho Ottoman Minister at Athens has strongly protested against the maltreatment of Turks aboard the Imperatul Trajan.
