INCOME TAX CASES.
WAITING FOR THE APPEAL COURT.
Yesterday the remaining charge* against Bowrou Bros,, in tho income tax cases were mentioned in the Magistrate's Court, and Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., said that Mr Stringer, K.C., for the Crown, and Mr Russell for the defendants had arranged with him to flavc the cases adjourned until the decision in the appeal case had been obtained on points raised by the defence. Tho case was adjourned until July 12.
