IN THE MATTErToF "THE PUBLIC \TOBKS ACT, 1908." ■JVTOTICE is hereby given that the ChristJ-™ church City Council, on behalf of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch proposes to take under the provisions of the above mentioned Act the land described in the Schedule hereto, for carrying out the purposes of " The Municipal Corporations Act. 1908."
