SIR ALBERT SPICER'S VIEWS.

At a special meeting of tho London Chamber of Commerce, Sir Albert Spicer reported that a warm welcome had been given by Australia to the Chamber of Commerce delegates. He considered that Australian methods of conciliation were more drastic than British, and that tho demarcation was greater between capital and labour. He greatly regretted that the delegates had had no opportunity of coming into closer touch with the Labour Party.
