Entries for the Canterbury Agricultural and. Pastoral Association's annual show will close on October 23. The show wiLl be held on November 10, 11 and 12. In connection with the New Brighton Trotting Club's meeting at Addiugton to-day, special tramcars will leave tho Post Office side of Cathedral Square every five minutes from 11.30 a.m. till 1 p.m. Entries for the second thooty examination of the Associated Board of tho Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music, London, which will be held on November 20, will close at noon on October 23.
