The Kabyle tribes of Nador arid Barraca havo sent a white flag. They state that they are utterly exhausted from want of food and the terrible battle losses they havo suffered, particularly on September 30, when they were obliged to kill their own wounded becauso it was impossible to attend to them. BLOODHOUNDS IN AMBULANCE WORK. LONDON, October 11. The Spaniards are using Major Richardson's bloodhounds to find the wounded in Morocco.
