Lord Curzon has published comprehensive proposals for reform at Oxford University, including tho surrender of compulsory Greek and tho establishment of a working man's college, with a maximum charge of £6O per annum. GREAT JEWEL ROBBERY. ROME, April 27/ A Germau Princess has been robbed of £40,000 worth of jewels on the train between San Remo and Lugano. THE KING AND QUEEN.
