' THIS DAT.—Maori, er.s., from Wellington; Corinna, e.s., from Tinwru. UNION' STEAM SHIP COMPANY'S FLEET. The Maori is due from Wellington this morning. The Corinna should also arrive this morning from Timaru, and will load for the usual North Island west coast ports, sailing about midday. The Wanaka is to sail this morning for Newcastle. To-morrow or Thursday the Rosamond is to leave for Greymouth. The Kini left Westport for Greymouth and Lyttelton yesterday morning, and 'should bo here in a day or two. The Corinna is under the command of Captain J. Benton, of the Squall, Captain Cameron being 1 ,on holiday leave.

The R.M.S. Tainui left Cape Town on Friday morning, April 23, and should arrive at Wellington on May 17. The New Zealand Shipping Company a s.s. Dtalri arrived at London m time for .the wool isles. The Drayton Grange, of the Federal-iloulder-Shrco line, is espeoted to sail for Avorimouth tide morning, but may not leave till the afternoon. The Buteshire, which ia under oharter to tho New Zealand Shipping Company, is to sail for London this arfemocm. , To-day will • see a large decrease in the amount of shipping in port, unless unforeseen circumstances interfere. In addition to the Drayton Grange and the Buteshire, both of,which are to sail for England direot. the Den of Ruthven is to sail for Timaru, Bluff and Dunedin, And various smaller boats ora to leave. The Langton Grange began discharging yesterday morning, having Hitherto been prevented by the bad weather from working. She will probably be ready to proceed to Dunedin to-morrow. The small coasting steamer Rob Roy has been, on the patent slip for an overhaul, and •will probably leave-to-any for Wellington. The Hnddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa is at last ready to take the water again. The con- ■ tiaotors, Messrs Anderson, Limited, were fortunate in finding their work stand all the tests, and the' steamer’s hull looks its very best, in a fine coat of paint. The dock is to be filled at 7 a.m. to-day, and as soon os she is afloat the Ulimaroa, which has signed on a crew, will go into the stream and have her compasses adjusted. She will then proceed to Wellington, and will meet the Riverina at that port, relieving her of the intercolonial running, in which she has been acting as the Ulimaroa’s substitute.
