HERR HARDEN FINED. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, April 21. Count Kuno von Moltke, as co-pro-secutor, offered to abandon the prosecution for slander against Herr Hardon if the latter withdrew the charge of immorality. Herr Harden agreed, but tho Public Prosecutor proceeded with a re-trial, and Herr Harden was lined GOO marks. Count von Moltko swore that the imputations against himself were baseless.
