ST JAMES, SOUTHBRIDGE. j The annual meeting of parishioners i of St James Church, Southnndge, was hold, at the parish room on I riday, the vicar, the Rev H. G. Votes of tnanks were accorded the auditor, honorary organist, the treasurer, the choir, the Sunday School superintendent, the Sunday School teachers, the assistant organist, the Sanctuary Guild and , all who 'had assisted 'in church work during the year. ALL SAINTS, KILLINCHY. The annual meeting of parishioners of All Saints Church, Killinchy, took place on May 6. The vicar, the Rev'H. G. Hawkins, presided. The balance-sheet, which showed a small credit balance, was adopted. Mr T. Tollerton was appointed vicar's warden, Mr H. R. Davidson was elected parishioner's warden and Messrs R. J. Glassey, A. Glassey and Ji. Meridith members of the vestry.

ST SAVIOUR'S, SYDENHAM. The annual meeting of parishioners of St Saviour's Church, Sydenham, was held in the parish hall on Monday, May 4. There was a fair attendance of church members of both sexes. The churchwardens reported that there was a small credit balance. During the year St Augustine's Church at Cashmere Hills had been completed and opened. The debt upon the Sunday School room had almost been extinguished, a special effort _haviug been made as a mark of esteem for the late vicar. Archdeacon Scott, who had expressed a wish that if the parish made him any presentation on leaving, it should take that form. _ , A resolution in favour of granting the right to vote at parish meetings to the women of the congregation was carried.

Mr 11. O. Gill - .as appointed vicar's warden, and' Mr H. A. Papprill parishioners' warden. The following were elected a vestry:—Messi-s Betts, Cameron, Currie, Ditford, T. Hughes, C. J. Spare. H. Spare, Remer, Avatkins and Wraight. Refreshments were handed round, and a few songs were sung, and the meeting terminated.
