[Pee Press Association.] WESTPORT, May 12. Sir Joseph "Ward came down the Bullor Road from Reofton on Sunday by motor-car. This was th e first time tho journey had been made by motor. Yesterday ho received deputations on local matters, and officially opened tho new hospital in the afternoon. To-day h 0 is visiting the State colliery at Seddonville. Ho will deliver a political address at Denuiston to-night, and. leave for Nelson overland to-morrow '-Horning. The Tutanekai will pick him up at Nelson.
