An interesting match was played on tha B.an"iora, green on Saturday between two rinks oi Oddfellows and two selected from the remainder .of the club members. A matcli in the North Canterbury Bowling Centre's B Pennant competition was played on the Kaiapoi green on Saturday between {earns from the Kaiapoi and' Christ church Bowling Clubs, and was won by the home team by nineteen Karnes.
