CHRISTCHURCH GUN CLUB. The Christohurch Gun Club held its Lady's Puree Competition on Saturday. In spite of a strong wind, somo good shooting was done. Tho following are the results: LADY'S PURSE HANDICAP, prize £ls 15s—W. R. Donald (22yds), 22 birds 1; E. Taylor (24yds), 21 birds, 2; R. Arnst (24yds), 17 birds, 3. SWEEPSTAKE HANDICAP, of 10s each— J. Simpson (26yds), 9 birds, 1; F. G. Frampton (25yds), 8 birds, 2; H. Anderson (21yds), 7 birds, 3.
