Zeitung," commenting on the naval estimates, foresees supplementary proposals in 1911 creating the nucleus of a third double squadron. PARIS, November 23. "Lg Matin," states as indications that German armaments will be uninterrupted that the administration of the Alsace-Lorraine railways, in conjunction with the German general staff, is constructing an immense strategic station at Saarburg, costing half a million sterling, widening the bridge over the Saax by seven metres, enlarging the Rieding Station and constructing a new line from Saarburg to Diemeringen.
