SUBMARINES IN COLLISION.
ACCIDENT AT NAVAL MANOEUVRES. United Press Association —By Electrio . Telegraph— Copyright. LONDON, November 23. Renter's Toulon correspondent states that the submarines Bonite and Souffleur, at a depth of ninety feet, collided during a sham attack on the battleship Janreguiberry, owing to an error of judgment on the part of the Bonito's commander. When the Soufflenr's conning tower was struck the vessel began to fill and ascended to the surface. The Bonite coming to assist, again collided. The rest of the fleet noticed nothing, though only four hundred yards away. The submarines regained port safely.
