PROPOSED TESTIMONIAL TO MR SLATER. [Per Pbess Association.] REEFTON, November 23. It is proposed locally that there should be instituted a workers' testimonial to Mr R. Slater in consideration of his invaluable services to_ the cause of the workers on the Arbitration Court. The committee of the Domestic Workers' Union has considered the replies received from employers to its circular proposing a conference, and has decided to hold the conference in the Trades Hall on Wednesday, December 11, at 8 p.m.)
